Kurtz Building Print with Mat

This 15.75"x16" pen sketch print of the Kurtz Building in Winchester, Virginia, was used during promotional and informational events during the rehabilitation of the building. The piece comes mounted in a faded black mat with foam core backing and wrapped in plastic. The piece has been used and may show light signs of wear and discoloration.
